The e-minds programmes are achieved through active community engagement and strategic partnerships with schools, churches, community forums, children’s homes, and disability-focused groups that create accessible, inclusive, and supportive learning environments for vulnerable youth and underserved communities.


Tusonge Mbele Pamoja Program
Digital inclusion & Digital Skills Training for Youth & Children's from Vulnerable and Underserved Communities.
The Tusonge Mbele Pamoja is a structured digital inclusion and skills development intervention designed to provide free, practical, and hands-on employable and entrepreneurial digital skills training to youth & Childrens from vulnerable and underserved communities.
The programme targets individuals who do not have or have limited access to digital devices, skills, and training due to poverty, marginalization, orphanhood, and socio-economic exclusion, equipping them with market-relevant skills needed to participate in the digital economy.

Through the Tusoge Mbele Pamoja Program, e-Minds aims to reduce digital inequality by ensuring that youth from vulnerable and underserved communities are equipped with practical, employable, and entrepreneurial digital skills to thrive in the digital economy and improve their socio-economic well-being.

Tukiuke program
e-Mentorship and Industrial Visit program
The Tukiuke Programme is a structured e-mentorship and exposure-based youth development intervention designed to provide vulnerable youth and young learners with consistent mentorship, personal development support, career guidance, and direct exposure to industries, universities, and tertiary institutions.
The intervention addresses gaps in guidance, role modelling, and career awareness by combining mentorship, life-skills development, and real-world learning environments to support informed decision-making and positive youth transitions.
The programme focuses on building:

e-Mentorship Sessions: Structured virtual mentorship focused on personal development, goal-setting, values formation, and accountability.

Career Guidance & Pathway Mapping: Support for identifying and planning pathways into universities, tertiary and vocational institutions, entrepreneurship, self-employment, and formal employment.

Industrial Exposure Visits: Organized visits to industries and workplaces to expose learners to real work environments, career roles, and professional expectations.

University & Tertiary Institution Exposure Visits: Guided visits to universities, colleges, and training institutions to understand admission requirements, explore courses and career options, and interact with students, faculty, and admissions offices.

Soma Nasi Program
STEM Tutoring for Kenyan Students by e-minds initiative
Soma Nasi is a holistic tutoring intervention designed to strengthen academic performance in STEM subjects, with a special focus on supporting girls. Through structured holiday classes, continuous assessment, mentorship, and exposure to universities and careers, we nurture confident, capable learners who are prepared for exams, careers, and leadership, helping them overcome learning barriers, build confidence in STEM, and unlock pathways to higher education and future careers.
Beyond Tutoring
A character and leadership programme training young people aged 12–18 in academic excellence, career preparation, and community service — shaping responsible future leaders in junior secondary and senior school.
